Mr. Ishikawa has more than 15 years of HR experience at global companies and has particular strengths in designing and operating pay-for-performance systems, evaluation systems and pay systems.
As an HR consultant, he has designed both HR and education systems, facilitated in both English and Japanese, and conducted change management projects.
He has held leadership roles in HR at global companies such as Accenture, Danone, Conrad Tokyo, AC Nielsen, and Manulife Insurance.
He graduated from Gakushuin University with a degree in Management and has an Executive MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business.
